Dear Mr. Luis Rolon, I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with the painting upgrade you did for us. You came in and took time to look at what was present and what we ultimately wanted to have done. You came back with a good price and I liked your guarantee - "No hidden cost, if we miss something it's on us." That's refreshing in this day and age. After you had submitted your estimate I asked if you could change a few things with the upgrade (mostly because our house is a two family) and you once again came back with another estimate which ultimately saved us more money. We chose a date for the work to begin, you showed up at the time you said, and went straight to work. When you were done, you cleaned up the garage area so well no one would have known you worked here all day. Every once in a while you find a contractor that is a pleasure to work with and one that you feel confident in recommending. I am extremely pleased with the professional job that you did for us and will highly recommend you to my family and friends.
